• 4/4oz. pieces of Cajun Salmon
• 1 pouch Knorr Hollandaise
• 4 potatoes, mashed, keep warm
• 1 bunch asparagus
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 blender
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350’F
2. Place the four pieces of salmon on a aluminum foil lined oven proof tray, bake following the package instructions
3. Follow Hollandaise instructions, set aside, keep warm
4. Blanch the asparagus, boil in water until soft 2-3 minutes, cut ends off and place the ends into a blender with a ¼ cup heavy cream
5. Blend until smooth, pour mixture into mashed potatoes, adjust salt and pepper. Place 4 equal portions on 4 plates, place an equal portion of blanched asparagus over the mashed
6. Place 1 piece of cooked salmon over the asparagus and spoon the sauce around the plate
