• 4/4oz. pieces of Salmon
• 1 pint container Tabouleh salad
• 1 container Spring Mix mixed greens
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp. sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350’F
2. Place the four pieces of salmon on a aluminum foil lined oven proof tray, bake following the package instructions
3. Combine the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved, whisk in the oil
4. Mix the Tabouleh with the Spring Mix, pour the lemon vinaigrette over top, mix
5. Place an equal portion of salad on each plate
6. Place 1 piece of cooked salmon on each plate next to the salad
